2. Visiting this website
This website does not set cookies, does not use any analytics or tracking tools and does not embed content from third parties (for example no fonts, maps or videos from external servers).
When you visit the site, the web server automatically stores access data for technical reasons (so-called server log files), such as IP address, date and time, the page accessed and the browser used. This data is used to operate the website securely and is not combined with other data.
3. Hosting
The website is hosted by hosttech GmbH. The servers are located in Switzerland.
4. Contacting me by email
If you write to me, I process your details (for example your name, email address and message) in order to respond to your request, such as an enquiry or registration. The messages are stored on the email server at hosttech and are not passed on to third parties. I delete them as soon as they are no longer needed for this purpose and there is no obligation to retain them.
5. Contacting me via WhatsApp
The website contains links that let you message me via WhatsApp. A link only loads something once you click it. Using WhatsApp is voluntary. The service is operated by WhatsApp (Meta group), and data may also be processed outside Switzerland. WhatsApp's privacy policy applies. If you would rather not use it, please write to me by email.

The website contains links to other websites, for example openyoga.ch. Their operators are responsible for how data is handled on those websites.
7. Your rights
You can request information about the data I hold about you at any time. You can have it corrected or deleted and object to its processing, unless a legal obligation prevents this.
