Children's yoga – space to explore
In children's yoga, kids are free to move, try things out, notice and settle down – without pressure to perform and without having to get anything right.
Through movement, breath, little games, feelings cards and relaxation, children learn to sense their bodies and their emotions more consciously. The breathing ball is just as much a part of it as playful yoga exercises, shared moments of rest and sometimes sound.
I offer children's yoga both for groups of children and together with parents. Parent-child yoga in particular is about time together, connection and sharing an experience that often gets lost in everyday life.
Schools, kindergartens and other institutions can also request individual sessions or workshops for their groups.
